Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end procurement, including sourcing, negotiation, contracts, and supplier performance.
- Manage relationships with major and peripheral suppliers, onboarding new partners to improve cost, quality, or continuity.
- Lead international procurement activity, including oversight of the overseas Sourcing Manager and attending global trade fairs.
- Forecast inventory needs, manage material availability, and support production schedules across key product categories.
- Conduct annual stocktake activities and ensure compliance with auditors.
- Monitor global market trends, freight timelines, and cost pressures to support planning and continuity.
- Produce procurement reporting and insights using Pronto and Excel.
- Proven procurement and sourcing experience in manufacturing, construction, or building products.
- Strong commercial acumen with negotiation and contract management capability.
- Experience working with overseas suppliers is highly regarded.
- Skilled in forecasting, inventory control, and demand planning.
- Confident leading small teams and working cross-functionally with operations, finance, and manufacturing.
- Hands-on, agile, and able to respond quickly to supply and production challenges.
- $160,000 – $170,000 + Superannuation
