We're partnering with the engineering arm of a global property group to appoint an experienced Project Leader - Civil in Perth.

This is a rare opportunity to join a growing business unit delivering major land development and urban infrastructure projects across Western Australia. Reporting directly to the Director, you'll take ownership of project delivery, client relationships, commercial performance, and business growth initiatives.

This role is ideal for an experienced Senior Engineer, Associate, Project Manager or Civil Leader looking to take the next step into a highly influential position. You'll be responsible for leading projects from concept through to completion while working closely with developers, stakeholders, authorities, and internal multidisciplinary teams. With strong national backing and an established project pipeline, you'll have the platform to grow both your career and your impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of large-scale land development projects from concept through to construction.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with developers and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor project performance, programme, budget and profitability.
  • Manage project financials including fee forecasts, variations and commercial outcomes.
  • Mentor and support engineering team members.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to growth initiatives.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to help shape the future direction of the Perth business.
Ideal Candidate:
You will ideally bring:
  • 10+ years' experience within civil consulting, land development or urban development.
  • Proven experience delivering subdivision and land development projects.
  • Strong understanding of roads, drainage, earthworks and utility infrastructure.
  • Experience navigating planning and approval processes.
  • Excellent client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen and project financial accountability.
  • A track record of developing opportunities and growing client relationships.
  • Bachelor of Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
