A modern approach to property law. Are you an experienced Property Lawyer looking for a role that offers greater flexibility, autonomy and a better way to practice law?
We are working with a specialist boutique law firm that partners with reputable clients across Australia, delivering practical, commercially focused legal services through a modern, technology-driven approach.

- Preparing and reviewing commercial property contracts and associated transaction documentation.
- Co-ordinating settlements, calculating adjustments and managing electronic conveyancing through PEXA.
- Liaising with clients, real estate agents, lenders, brokers and other stakeholders to ensure transactions progress smoothly.
- Advising on title issues, easements, caveats, mortgages and other matters arising throughout the conveyancing process.
- Managing transaction timelines, resolving issues and providing clear, commercially focused advice.
- Developing strong client and referrer relationships and identifying opportunities to generate additional work.
- Fully remote working: Enjoy the flexibility to work remotely without the requirement to attend an office.
- No billable hour targets: Focus on delivering quality legal work and positive client outcomes without traditional billable pressure.
- Technology-driven practice: Access internally developed AI systems and technology programs designed to streamline workflows, improve efficiency and reduce administrative tasks.
- Referral incentives: Be rewarded for generating new business and contributing to the firm's growth.
- Quality client base: Work with reputable clients across Australia.
- Autonomy and ownership: Independently manage your matters and build lasting client relationships.
- Modern working environment: Join a progressive practice that embraces innovation and continually looks for better ways to deliver legal services.
- 5 - 10 years post-admission experience in property law.
- 5 - 10 years experience as a Conveyancer.
- Strong experience managing residential conveyancing transactions from contract through to settlement.
- Experience handling commercial conveyancing and commercial property transactions.
- Confidence preparing and reviewing contracts of sale and Section 32 Vendor Statements.
