Are you an experienced Receptionist or Administrator who enjoys being the welcoming face of an organisation? We're looking for a friendly, organised and proactive professional to join a Not-For-Profit on a temporary assignment supporting their Oakleigh Clinic and Collingwood Head Office.

Assignment Details
- 17 August – 17 September: Oakleigh Clinic (3 days per week)
- 28 September – 21 October: Collingwood Head Office (3 days per week)
As the first point of contact, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of reception while delivering a professional and welcoming experience for clients, visitors and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Welcome clients and visitors
- Open and close the office
- Coordinate courier bookings and incoming mail
- Process client payments and complete daily reconciliations
- Book appointments and provide general administrative support
- Maintain reception and shared office areas
- Assist with general office coordination and day-to-day administration
- Support the wider team with a variety of administrative tasks as required
- Previous experience in a Reception, Front Office or Administration position
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- The ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- A positive, professional and team-focused attitude
- Experience processing payments or handling reconciliations will be highly regarded
- 3-day-per-week temporary assignment
