About the Role:
We’re currently seeking a vibrant and organised Recruitment Administrator to join a busy and supportive team based in Melbourne’s Eastern Suburbs. This is a temporary opportunity for 4–6 weeks, with the possibility of extension. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct candidate outreach and phone screening
- Assist with coordinating interviews and managing candidate communication
- Run a small onboarding process (contracts, compliance, reference checks)
- Maintain candidate records and update internal systems accurately
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team
- Create a warm and positive candidate experience from first contact through to onboarding
- Assist with ad writing and posting across multiple job boards
- A bubbly, friendly, and professional phone manner
- Previous experience in administration, HR, or recruitment (agency or internal) is highly desirable
- Ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and internal teams
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working at a fast pace and juggling multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to start immediately or within short notice
