We’ve partnered with a respected NFP in Liverpool NSW to hire a hands-on Recruitment Officer on an initial 2-month contract with a view to permanency for the right person. You’ll own end-to-end temp/perm recruitment across a mixed portfolio, driving proactive sourcing, screening, interview coordination, compliance/onboarding, and stakeholder updates. Expect a fast pace, clear processes, and plenty of candidate contact.
What you’ll do
- Proactively source via ads, talent pools, schools/partners and networks; maintain pipelines and respond to enquiries
- Screen, shortlist, coordinate interviews/assessments, provide timely outcomes to all applicants
- Manage offers, compliance and onboarding documentation; keep data accurate and current
- Partner with hiring leaders to prioritise roles, track progress and hit fill targets; produce simple activity reports
- Solid internal/agency recruitment experience (NFP, community, healthcare or apprenticeship/trainee markets a plus)
- Confident phone manner, quick on systems (ATS/CRM, MS Office), organised and detail-driven
- Comfortable juggling volume, timelines and stakeholder expectations; candidate-first approach
- Meaningful NFP impact, immediate responsibility, supportive team
- Great support team, working for a Non-For-Profit
- ASAP start, 2-month contract with potential to go permanent
