About the Role
As the Roster & Scheduling Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring clients receive the right support at the right time. You’ll manage scheduling across in-home care services, balancing client needs, employee availability, and service delivery requirements.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, teamwork, and problem-solving, and wants to work in a purpose-driven environment.

  • Communicate with clients and employees to ensure smooth delivery of care
  • Maintain up-to-date client and workforce data using internal systems
  • Support continuous improvement in scheduling processes and customer experience
  • Champion positive team culture, service excellence, and strong client relationships
About You
  • Experience in rostering or scheduling, ideally within Aged Care or Community Health
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and coordination skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
  • Strong IT skills and ability to use rostering or workforce management systems
  • A genuine commitment to supporting clients to live their best life

Why Join
You’ll be part of a supportive team and work for a client-focused, values-driven organisation that truly cares for both its people and clients. The culture is warm, inclusive, and grounded in respect, teamwork, and trust.
This role begins as a 6-month contract with the genuine intention to transition to permanent employment – a great opportunity to grow your career with a respected not-for-profit.
If you’re passionate about making a difference and enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, we’d love to hear from you.
