About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our expanding team and help drive our in-home sales success. In this role, you’ll conduct in-home consultations with prospective clients, present their services, and close sales throughout the Eastern and South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne including the Mornington Peninsula. All leads are fully qualified, allowing you to focus on building relationships and achieving results. This position is ideal for a self-driven individual who enjoys meeting new people and thrives in a performance-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs for shower and balcony re-grouting
  • Present and explain the company’s services, highlighting the value and benefits of our solutions
  • Build strong client relationships to foster trust and satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets through effective closing techniques
  • Provide accurate quotes and ensure timely follow-up on leads
  • Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions
Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in sales, ideally in-home or field sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to build rapport and understand client needs
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to succeed
  • Valid driver’s license (company car provided)
  • Basic computer skills for managing customer records and reporting
  • Knowledge of the home improvement or construction industry is advantageous, but not essential
