We’re partnering with a well-established Australian organisation to find a Salesforce Developer who can take ownership of a critical CRM platform and drive both technical delivery and platform improvement.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working across administration, development, and stakeholder engagement, and can balance BAU support with ongoing enhancements.
The Role You’ll be responsible for the ongoing support, enhancement, and development of a large-scale Salesforce environment, ensuring it remains stable, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
You’ll act as a key SME across the platform, working closely with business stakeholders, internal teams, and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities Salesforce Administration & Support
- Manage users, roles, profiles, permissions, and security
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and flows
- Handle support tickets, issues, and enhancement requests
- Drive data quality, governance, and platform health
- Develop solutions using Apex, LWC, and Lightning
- Deliver integrations across external platforms (REST/SOAP/APIs)
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Perform testing, code reviews, and troubleshooting
- Prioritise competing requests across BAU and project work
- Work closely with stakeholders to define and refine requirements
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and delivery planning
- Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly
- Support deployments using CI/CD, SFDX, and change sets
- Coordinate releases across environments
- Work with vendors and partners on enhancements and support
- Strong experience across the Salesforce ecosystem (Admin + Dev)
- Hands-on expertise with Apex, LWC, and Lightning
- Experience supporting a live Salesforce environment
- Solid understanding of declarative vs custom development
- Integration experience (APIs, middleware, authentication)
- Exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform Dev I, etc.)
- Experience with Azure, MuleSoft, or similar integration tools
- Exposure to automated testing tools
- Own and influence a core CRM platform
- Blend of hands-on development and stakeholder engagement
