We are looking for a true hunter - someone who thrives on opening doors, building pipelines, and winning new logos. While you will manage a small portfolio of key accounts, approximately 70% of your focus will be on new business acquisition and driving revenue growth.
You will work closely with Pre-Sales Security Engineers to craft technically sound, commercially compelling solutions that solve real-world customer problems. If you consistently outperform targets and operate best in high-autonomy environments, this role will suit you.
The Opportunity - New Business Growth (Primary Focus)
- Proactively identify and qualify high-value prospects through research, networking, outreach, and social selling
- Build and maintain a strong, predictable pipeline
- Own the full sales cycle - from first conversation to signed contract
- Lead strategic presentations and proposals in partnership with Pre-Sales
- Confidently manage negotiations, overcome objections, and close complex deals
- Map the market, identify trends and competitor gaps, and execute a targeted go-to-market strategy
- Maintain accurate CRM hygiene (HubSpot preferred)
- Deliver reliable forecasting and pipeline reporting to leadership
- Manage and grow a select portfolio of existing accounts
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
- Act as the commercial bridge between the customer and internal technical teams
- Ensure solutions are aligned before the deal is signed
- 8+ years in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Strategic Account Management
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding targets (President’s Club, Top Performer, or equivalent recognition)
- Strong new business focus - you identify as a hunter
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- High emotional intelligence - you navigate complex stakeholder environments with ease
- Self-directed and outcome-focused - you don’t need micromanagement
- Strong CRM discipline (HubSpot is highly regarded)
- Comfortable selling technical or complex solutions
