As a Senior Electronics Engineer, you’ll lead the design and development of next-generation LED control systems, from concept to production. You’ll tackle complex challenges in embedded systems, IoT integration, and power-efficient design, contributing to projects that redefine lighting excellence. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and optimise high-performance PCB layouts and embedded firmware for controllers.
  • Integrate IoT protocols (e.g., Zigbee, DMX) for smart lighting solutions, ensuring seamless connectivity.
  • Drive innovation in human-centric lighting and energy-efficient designs to meet sustainability goals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware/firmware issues, ensuring reliability in high-stakes installations.
  • Collaborate with software engineers and OEM partners to deliver bespoke solutions for global clients.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the company’s R&D roadmap.
Selection Criteria
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field (Master’s a plus).
  • 8+ years’ experience in electronics design, ideally in LED systems, automotive, semiconductors, or IoT devices.
  • Proficiency in PCB design tools (e.g., Altium Designer), embedded C, and microcontroller programming.
  • Strong understanding of power electronics, thermal management, and IoT connectivity protocols.
  • Experience with sustainable design or retrofitting legacy systems is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to lead projects, solve problems, and thrive in a small, innovative team.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional and global client collaboration.
