This is not a hands-on campaign execution role. Instead, it is suited to an experienced agency leader who understands how to develop winning Meta creative strategies, guide specialist teams, build trusted client relationships and ensure exceptional delivery across multiple accounts.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Head of Strategy and forming part of the Senior Leadership Team, the Senior Meta Creative Strategist will provide strategic oversight across a diverse client portfolio while leading a team of four specialists across Australia and offshore. You will act as the senior escalation point for client strategy, campaign direction and delivery excellence, ensuring creative and performance strategies align with commercial objectives and deliver measurable growth. Working closely with the Founder and Head of Strategy, you will also contribute to the ongoing development of the agency through continuous improvement initiatives, capability building and operational scalability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the strategic direction of Meta advertising, creative and growth strategies across a portfolio of clients
- Acting as the senior strategic advisor for key client relationships and commercial discussions
- Translating campaign performance, customer insights and market trends into practical growth strategies
- Identifying opportunities to improve lead quality, customer acquisition, conversion performance and return on investment
- Leading strategic reviews, performance meetings and long-term growth planning with clients
- Managing complex client matters and ensuring consistently high levels of service delivery
- Coaching, mentoring and developing a team of Meta advertising and content specialists across local and offshore teams
- Managing workflow, priorities and resource allocation to maximise team performance and client outcomes
- Driving accountability, collaboration and capability development across the broader marketing team
- Supporting the ongoing evolution of internal processes, reporting frameworks and delivery methodologies
- Partnering with the Founder and Head of Strategy to support agency growth, operational maturity and long-term scalability
