Key Selection Criteria:
• At least 5 years’ experience in network management roles
• A degree in IT or equivalent experience in a similar role
• Cisco CCIE certification
• Sound Knowledge of Switching and Routing (BGP)
• Sound Knowledge of Fortinet Firewalls
• Sound Knowledge of VMware NSX
• Extensive experience in supporting complex network environments
• Expert knowledge of LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Wireless and Network Security
• Experience in scalable network design, including high availability, redundancy, failover and load balancing
• Experience with networking products such as Cisco, Fortinet, HP, Zscaler, Meraki and F5, VMware NSX
• Experience with cloud architecture networking - AWS and Azure
• Excellent network analysis and troubleshooting skills
• Experience in advanced network monitoring tools
• Strong customer focus and ownership
• Ability to manage a high volume of tasks in a constantly changing environment
• Desire to learn and continue to develop technical skills
• Ability to use initiative and be highly proactive
