Our client, a global leader in the cybersecurity sector trusted by major corporations, financial institutions, and governments worldwide, is seeking a Senior Engineer to join an innovative and highly talented team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and delivering technical solutions, mentoring colleagues, and ensuring the ongoing stability and security of critical systems.
Responsibilities
- Analyse and develop effective solutions for technical problems
- Design and develop complex features to address business needs
- Collaborate with other teams to deliver solutions and maintain system stability
- Promote good practices in performance and security and mentor other team members
- Understand the financial costs of running services and reason about these when designing changes
Qualifications
- Expertise in TypeScript and/or Node.js, with exposure to Kubernetes and Docker
- Proficiency in OpenSearch or Elasticsearch, and experience with Queueing and Caching solutions
- Familiarity with modern CI/CD tools, database design, and OpenAPI specifications
- Experience with AWS services and infrastructure or similar cloud provider
- Keen interest in cybersecurity and tackling cybercrime on the deep and dark web
