About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of talent acquisition professionals

- Build relationships with schools, TAFEs, and community organisations to strengthen candidate pipelines
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
- Leverage social media and marketing campaigns to enhance candidate engagement
- Ensure the recruitment function adheres to applicant eligibility guidelines which impact government incentives
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or workforce development
