About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced sales professional that will be responsible for driving sales growth across the South Island of New Zealand.
You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, nurturing customer relationships, and delivering solutions that contribute to our continued success across various industry sectors.
Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Engage with stakeholders across all levels – from maintenance teams to senior management.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to grow market share within the region.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop new product offerings and enter emerging markets.
  • Work strategically to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Prepare monthly sales achievement and market activity reports.
Skills and Experience
  • Proven sales experience specifically within distribution sales models and channel management.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing territory revenue through distributor and OEM networks.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen with a clear understanding of key business drivers.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to sales.
  • Strong influencing and consultative selling skills.
  • Experience with fire, lubrication, hydraulics, flow or related industrial products preferred.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the South Island extensively.
