We are a digitally driven, process-focused business that rewards innovation and continuous improvement. My client is looking to expand our in-house development team with a UI/UX Developer who is passionate about creating engaging, customer-focused digital experiences that drive our business forward.

The Role

Based in Brisbane, you’ll join a collaborative team of Developers, Business Analysts, and Testers, working closely with key stakeholders across the business. This role offers the opportunity to design and deliver intuitive user interfaces and customer journeys across our suite of digital platforms. You will be involved throughout the full design and development lifecycle, from wireframing and prototyping through to implementation and testing.

Projects you’ll contribute to include:

  • Order entry systems
  • Customer self-service portals
  • E-commerce and website optimisation
  • CRM and Field Service applications
  • Digital design systems and brand alignment
  • Reporting dashboards and customer insights
  • Social media and marketing integrations
Technical Skills & Background

  • 3+ years’ experience in a UI/UX Developer or Designer role.
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with frameworks (React/Angular/Vue).
  • Experience creating responsive, accessible, and WCAG-compliant designs.
  • Skilled in wireframing, prototyping, and user journey mapping.
  • Understanding of design systems and UI component libraries.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (developers, testers, analysts).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
