What led you to work in recruitment?
Having worked in hospitality for 9 years, I had a passion for customer service and relationship building. After chatting with a customer who was in recruitment, became very interested in pursuing a career in the industry. I have a passion for solving puzzles and pairing people with right businesses.
What attracted you to working at Morgan?
Morgan has a strong brand in market for being experts in their field and workplace culture. Morgan is innovative with their technology and outlook on workplace satisfaction. Evidence of this is the implementation of a 4 day working week before any other agency in Melbourne. Having met a large number of the Morgan team already, I knew that the culture fit would be exactly what I was looking for in a working environment.
What is your expertise at Morgan? How many years of experience do you have in this area?
My expertise lays within the field of Accounting & Finance. For 5 years, I have worked across various accounting industries, with a particular specialty in public practice accounting. My client portfolio ranges includes multinational companies, as well as big4, mid-tier and boutique advisory firms.
What roles do you typically recruit into?
My expertise typically lays within Tax, Audit, Advisory, Business Services, Management Consulting, Corporate Finance, Forensics, Transaction Services, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Valuations, Insolvency, Superannuation (SMSF) and Internal Audit / Risk Accountants. These hires range from Graduate level recruitment right through to Partner level hires.
What are you passionate about?
I am passionate about relationship building, whether it be in my professional or personal life. I can always be found out and about meeting clients, candidates or friends. Outside of that, I have a strong passion for AFL football, being a diehard Richmond Tigers fan.

Approachable, energetic, fun.
What are you listening to, reading and/or watching right now?
I am currently reading The Farseer Trilogy by Robin Hobb – I am a sucker for a medieval fantasy series.
What is something many people don't know about you?
Outside of work I love to go find new hikes to take on of a weekend.
What is your superpower and why?
To produce an endless supply of dad jokes on a daily basis – the world needs more dad jokes.
At the end of 2025, what would you like to have learned?
How to smoke a brisket that doesn’t come out like beef jerky.
